This workout will take you through the 7 key movement patterns necessary for survival in the development of humanity, when we were still hunter gatherers.


Although we no longer need these movements for our survival the Squat, Bend, Lunge, Push, Pull, Twist, Sprint, combined with balance and motor skill exercises, are still essential to performing daily tasks and staying injury.


This class takes it back to basics with fantastic results.
